  • 3-5 years experience in German payroll
  • Leadership experience
  • Native-like German and English upper intermediate language knowledge
  • Experience in German collective agreements
  • Experience in SAP HR/Payroll
  • Outstanding numeric skills, analytical and high problem-solving skills
  • Intercultural skills
  • Precise, detailed oriented attitude

  • Ensuring timely and correct “live payroll” for all companies/sites in Germany
  • Calculating and accounting for various different special payments
  • Supporting audits (internal/external) and operational inspections
  • Clarifying and explaining reasons for the structure of remuneration and deductions to employees
  • Clarifying and explaining reasons for the results of time management to employees
  • Responsible for the German Team performance, KPI, Dashboard data quality
  • Provide regular feedback on German Team Performance, prepares training and development plans
  • Ensure that operational discipline is kept, create excellent relation with stakeholders
