Founded three decades ago in the USA, Soft Flow started with focus on biotech and software development, and later grew into a recognized R&D company. Today Soft Flow employs more than 50 talented people working with biotechnology, research and assay development together with bioanalytical services.
In 2016, after years of successful strategic collaboration, FOSS acquired Soft Flow thus enabled the beginning of a new era for Soft Flow with heavy expansion in Pécs, Hungary.

2+ years of experience with digital design in an agile product team
Demonstrable experience in turning creative concepts into end-user products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experienced user of Adobe XD or other relevant software

A good command of English and Hungarian (official project language is English) both speaking and writing

Frontend development experience
Knowledge of Agile development and Scrum
Bringing to life compelling and innovative concepts and ideas through strong visual design skills.
Turning stakeholder inputs and requirements into user friendly and appealing solutions.
Creating wireframes, prototypes to validate hypothesis through concept ideas and final features.
Carrying out end to end UX/UI design including identifying user needs, user journeys, story boards, flow charts, wireframes, interaction design and visual assets.
Delivering a clear vision of the solution and support the developers during the implementation
Identifying improvement areas and optimising design solutions and user flows through demos and user testing.
Contribute and document the design work to FOSS design system
