Elvárások a jelölttel szemben

  • Graduate in Environment / Occupational Health / Safety Engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Technical understanding of current trends related to the field
  • Exposure to the latest environmental technologies
  • Understanding of legal requirements (national/international) and ability to drive compliance

  • Angol - Felsőfok, szóban és írásban

Előnyt jelent

  • Certified ISO 14001 /45001 and/or OHSAS 18001 auditor
  • Handled environmental / OHS improvement programs, external reporting, etc.
  • Climate Change mitigation programs like CDM, etc.
  • Experience in energy management


As our Health Safety Environment (HSE) Lead your main functions will be to:

  • Manage the HSE issues of TCS Hungary sites
  • Support the HSE management system implementation by all stakeholders including vendors
  • Conduct regular HSE visits to audit and inspect all sites, identify gaps and ensure closure
  • Monitor and control HSE budget
  • Contact the local authorities, ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and corporate requirements
  • Lead the ISO 14001 / 45001 systems
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures based on requirements
  • Prepare for and contribute to successful internal HSE audits as per ISO 14001 / 45001
  • Organize and operate the HSE team/HSE Committee of the company
  • Promote and introduce environmental, health, and well-being programs, and manage safety-related projects
  • Integrate corporate goals
  • Work with SoFi (online HSE/sustainability reporting) tool
  • Analyze HSE data collected, reviewing audit reports and trend analysis of environmental, health, and safety incidents
  • Support cooperation with other departments on HSE activities
  • Development of EHS training programs and trainings
  • Handle vendor-related tasks including translation of documents, update, and approval of documents
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with external stakeholders
