Elvárások a jelölttel szemben

  • Degrees: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or comparable education/experience)
  • Overall experience needed is 6+ years with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business/ MS Teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Cloud Voicemail and Direct Routing
  • Excellent knowledge of Unified communications environments with a focus on mobility and demonstrated ability to integrate these tools into existing environments. Certification and design experience in Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Good level of VoIP and SIP knowledge.
  • Experience with Audio Code devices
  • Knowledge of dependent IP telephony devices such as SBA’s and SBC’s
  • English Language Knowledge

Feladatok

  • Provide technical support to Enterprise customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding problems identified in Microsoft Unified Communication products
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, capture, and trace logs to resolve customer issues in live working environment
  • Write technical articles contributing towards product knowledge base
  • Improve existing systems by analyzing areas of modification with a team or individually
  • Identifying, and correcting network issues. Create technical specifications and best practices
  • Update knowledge and skills regularly through in-house and external courses
