Speak French and English on a business level (working/support language)
5 years of experience leading large-scale project implementation and various discovery tools
Technical knowledge of server and storage systems, specifically Microsoft Windows Server, Unix, Virtual environments and Linux; demonstrated ability to link upstream and downstream networking essentials or relationships within the tool
Experience in designing, developing and implementing automated processes for gathering, populating and maintaining CMDB data; correlate asset, event, incident, problem, change and knowledge data with the CMDB

Works to the overall objectives of the process of Configuration Management (CMDB) and Service Asset
Develops CMDB standards, CMDB plans and procedures. Implements the CMDB policy and standards and Provides guidance to all team members on how to perform CMDB processes
Utilizes current best practices for CMDB procedures and provides input or feedback for continuous improvement of Asset & Configuration Management best practices
Proposes and manages interfaces between Asset, Configuration Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Network Management, Release Management, Infrastructure etc.
Identifies exceptions or risks to the CMDB process, which may negatively impact the accuracy of asset data
Lead the administration and ongoing support of the new ITSM ServiceNow tool for the CMDB and corresponding support ITSM processes, including dependency mapping of upstream and downstream services by mapping the CI descriptors to meet the service type
Partner with IT support teams to implement and manage their services or system assets assigned in the ITSM tool, and resources leveraged to obtain that data within those teams; ensure that the ITSM tool support processes are efficient, effective, compliant and results are measurable and sustainable
Integrate ITSM processes and workflow into the ServiceNow tool
Collaborate and negotiate with other team members and resources to ensure that tool workflow and escalation processes are met and continuously improved
Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendor (and other vendors utilizing the ITSM tool) by ensuring vendor agreements are complete, current and stored in the appropriate location; review vendor performance levels and ensure service level agreements are met.

Review and improve existing procedures and define new ones.
