Elvárások a jelölttel szemben

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Sourcing / Procurement)
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability
  • Have the ability to influence other functions (e.g. Engineering, Project Management, etc), developing and sharing commodity strategy for assigned categories
  • Have the ability to take decision based on data looking over financials
  • advanced english language skills

As a Procurement Specialist, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies, achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. The position requires thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.

As a Sourcing Specialist  - Strategic Buying, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels and product families
  • Leading negotiations and allocating needs and orders to specific suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions and transmitting information to Procurement
  • Managing claims including commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, interaction with engineering for technical queries, etc
  • Placing and following-up on POs, managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, managing problems and schedule changes
